Programs

The Learn to Swim program will help children build skills one step at a time. If you have had your child pre-tested with us, please select the level that our instructors placed them in. If you did not pre-test, please select the level you believe to be most appropriate for them. The below skills are what they will be learning in this level.

Level 4: Stroke Improvement
Children will gain confidence, improving their stroke and gaining additional aquatic skills.

Includes headfirst entry from the side in compact and stride positions, swim under water, feetfirst surface dive, survival swimming, front crawl and backstroke open turns, front and back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke and butterfly
