Policies

Program Cancellation
The Robinson Township Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program, trip, or activity due to insufficient registration. A full refund will be issued to the participant.

Program Withdrawal & Refunds
Any participant may withdraw from a Robinson Township program and be entitled to a refund, if such withdrawal and refund request is provided to the Parks and Recreation Department no less than 10 days prior to the start of the program. An administrative fee of $10.00 (per program, per participant) as well as the credit card processing fees paid at the time of registration will be withheld from all processed registrations. Many classes and camps depend on the number of participants and your registration may ensure that the program will run.

If a participant does choose to withdraw from the program inside the 10 day window, a refund will not be issued but the program registration can be transferred to a comparable program (any price difference would either be invoiced or credited) or the participant may choose to receive a 50% credit to use at any time on a future program.

Once a class has started, no refunds, transfers or credits will be granted.

Program Transfers
Participants are entitled to transfer from one program to another program of the same fee prior to the start of the program. Program transfers will be honored upon email and phone call request only. Pro-Rate Registration Programs will not be pro-rated for those who register late or miss program sessions.

Weather Cancellations
Inclement weather may prompt cancellation. Robinson Township Parks and Recreation will send emails regarding weather updates on a scheduled program. Sessions may be made up at another date, schedule permitting. For those registering for an outdoor or athletic program, please be aware that Robinson Township Parks and Recreation Department does not guarantee rain out dates.

• Any form of physical violence, including but not limited to assault, striking another individual while engaged, enrolled, or participating in a recreational activity, game or sanctioned program.
